Project Description The scope includes a review and redraw of a conceptual master plan and design of a first-phase streetscape plan for Broad Street. The primary challenge of the project is to address the large volume of truck traffic in the city caused by the convergence of Highways 50, 19 and 33 in downtown Groveland. Development options for Crittenden Street range from expansion to a major 4-lane divided highway to provide for a truck bypass route to retention as a tight urban 2-lane facility to provide for infill development and major new redevelopment centered around a new city hall location.
