Project Description Lake Wales, Florida is a city known for Bok Tower Gardens designed by Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. M&V DESIGN was hired to evaluate strategies and to develop a master plan for the city’s historic downtown district. The development of new public civic spaces was key to the plan which focused on specific visions to reuse and restore the 1927 Walesbilt Hotel.
