Project Description The College hired M&V Design to evaluate a triangular tract of land located adjacent to an active rail line for placement of a new Facilities Management Building. Sizing the facility based on a program that included offices, workshops and bulk storage, proving for tractor trailer access and integration into an adjacent Historic District neighborhood were part of the challenge.
