Project Description Design challenges for the block included: incorporating the previously existing Tom Staley Park into the plan; providing parking for the new mixed-use program accommodating the new bikeway along the western edge of the property. Phase 1 of the project, the 50,000 sq. ft. building on Highland Avenue has received its comprehensive plan amendment and Planning Unit Development zoning designation. Construction will begin in early, 2009.
