Project Description Using concepts of “Crime Prevention through Environmental Design” the plan opened the views to the park, and created a very desirable public space. A new marker identified the historic nature of the neighborhood with plaques that recognized the significant contributions of early residents to the town’s history. The activating focal point is a state-of-the-art spray ground by Wet Designs.
