Project Description This plan dramatically enhances the public realm to connect Winter Haven’s premier outdoor outfitter’s -- the Andy Thornal Company to the rest of downtown. The plan expands and activates South Central Park, enhances surrounding on-street parking, narrows overly wide streets and provides for strategic infill of various vacant land parcels.
